Hi, I’m Tod Booth

I founded TK Recruiting in 2001 after transitioning from a successful sales and management career with Hallmark Cards and spending 4 years with two of the top recruiting agencies in the country.

With extensive experience placing candidates across a wide range of businesses, I understand the sales landscape. My commitment is evident in a consistent track record of successful placements.

Recruitment isn't just about matching skills on paper. I take pride in building strong relationships and ensuring a perfect cultural fit. My experience working with large and small businesses allows me to tailor my approach to your needs.

When away from building winning sales teams, I enjoy traveling the world with my wife, Kathy. I love the outdoors – hunting, fly fishing, or perfecting my golf swing.

I am a proud father to Tod Jr., who now works alongside me at TK Recruiting, daughter Marney, a teacher, and son Hunter, a CPA. Their growing family includes three grandchildren, Landon, Bailey, and Bridger.

After a successful career as VP of Finance for a fitness equipment company, I transitioned to recruiting, initially focusing on supply chain and finance roles. In December 2019, I joined forces with my father, Tod. I bring a valuable blend of financial expertise and recruitment passion to TK Recruiting partners.

My background allows me to understand the financial complexities businesses face, and having a keen eye for talent needed to match. I am constantly refining my craft in the sales recruitment landscape. My passion mirrors my father's, driven by the desire to build high-performing businesses.

When I'm not finding the next great prospect, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Samantha and our young son, Landon. I am an avid sports fan, cheering on Manchester United and the Cincinnati Bengals. I also enjoy hitting the golf course whenever I get the chance.
